REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange, and we don't refund sale items.

We will refund only if your product is broken upon receipt of your order. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must not be opened.

Many types of products can not be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that can not be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.


Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if any)
Only items with current prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, the items sold are not refundable. 

When we receive your order, we proceed to the destruction of the goods received. The costs of destruction are 20% of the initial price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to contact@ruedestableaux.com.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. and he will know that you have returned the article.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you ship an item with a value greater than $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not warrant that we will receive the item you return.
